What a gem! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, we knew we were in for a treat. The location is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains from our bedroom. Despite a few minor setbacks, the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable and accommodate our needs. The breakfast buffet, served by a lovely lady, was a delightful start to our day. The hotel's security and parking were top-notch, and the convenient bus service allowed for easy access to the city center. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing personalized services and even arranging for a physician when I fell ill. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable beds and crisp linens ensured a restful sleep. The showers were heavenly, and the historical charm of the place was awe-inspiring. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with exceptional food and a knowledgeable wait staff who guided us through the impressive wine list. our stay at this hidden gem was a pleasant surprise, and we highly recommend it for a unique and enjoyable experience.

The hotel has a convenient location, with easy access to the motorway. The food was quite tasty, and it was great to have a tapas-style menu that gave us the freedom to choose what we wanted to eat. The outside dining area was charming and refreshing, which provided a nice atmosphere to enjoy our meals.
Our room had no lift, and the light switches were very confusing, turning off or on all of the lights. The portions during dinner were quite small, and the fish slice was tiny for the price we paid.
